On jan 18-21 this my first retreat i did'nt know how it wil be so i have to find out right! But could tell u my brothers & sisters umm its run because i was with a team whom work & and stay together & we eat heathy too. Hi my brother & sisters i was watching tv we lost most of our people in haiti as your already know in the earthquake its in the 100,000 that are dead that what the president of haiti said. This is the time that we as african descent should stick together around the world when haiti suffer we do too.
