Gwennaelle Madiba Moubouyi Boyer (Gwen Madiba) is a Model, entrepreneur, activist,Events and Show host, humanitarian and advocate for women, children and human rights. In 2010, she became the face of Suzette Haywood’s SynSue Make Up line and was included in the Women’s Executive Network list of 2010 Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada. This “Black Panther” was also named 2010 Young Black People who inspire by the Next Big Thing Magazine and was included in the list of Extraordinary Women at the University of Ottawa. She is the founder of the first Black History Month Gala in Ottawa, precisely at the University of Ottawa on which she worked with the BHM Committee 2010. In 2009 she co-founded I ACT, a Youth Empowerment Network and started hosting the show 5 minutes with Gwen Madiba (directed by Virgile Koffi, co-founder of I ACT) in 2011. Within I ACT she created the People’s Republic of Hope (PRH) to promote community service and involvement. In 2011, she was presented by Canada’s Revenue Agency as one of “Tomorrow’s Leader”. She also is the founder of I AM FASHION, a fashion show that redefined Ottawa’s Fashion Scene. According to SHARE (Canada’s largest Ethnic Newspaper), Gwen Madiba truly seems destined to greatness.

Gwen Madiba spent her first seven years in her native Gabon, a country in central Africa. She left Gabon at a young age to follow her father, a brilliant Gabonese Diplomat. She is often “Up in the air”, traveling from a country to another, working on several projects, but calls Ottawa and Libreville her home.
